ChatGPT prompt to analyze a couple WhatsApp chat (safe)
Useful prompts so ChatGPT analyzes a chat without asking for infidelity verdicts: evidence, limits, and when to switch to RIZR.
Prompts · limits
A good prompt asks for observable behaviors and quotes, not “tell me if they cheat”. Here are templates and the bridge to RIZR Patterns mode.
Keyword “chatgpt prompt analyze whatsapp”: value is in the instruction, not the drama. For a closed schema, export into RIZR PRO.
Safe template
“Analyze ONLY what is observable. List repeated patterns with a literal quote. Include positive signals. Do not assert infidelity or use clinical labels. Suggest changes only to MY behavior.”
- Observable only
- Literal quote
- Include green flags
Common mistakes
Asking for “% chance they cheat”, “clinical gaslighting”, or “how to catch them” biases the model toward surveillance. That does not fit RIZR and is not ethical.
When to switch to RIZR
When you want product enums, widgets, and in-app quote review. ChatGPT stays fine for a paragraph; the PRO report is a different tool.
✓ Do this
- Use chat quotes
- Review the report
- Respect privacy
✕ Avoid this
- Claim infidelity
- Humiliate with the report
- Ignore green flags
Export WhatsApp, review every quote, and decide for yourself. RIZR does not issue infidelity verdicts.
