Direct answer: RIZR processes screenshots to produce drafts. It does not publish chats or send messages for you. This page explains storage, processors, retention, and rights; terms require users to be 17 or older.
What data we use
- Account and service data (email, etc.).
- Screenshots you upload for AI analysis.
- Usage and web analytics data subject to consent and the privacy policy.

- We do not sell your conversation content.
- We do not auto-send messages to your contacts.
- RIZR does not replace your judgment: you decide whether to edit, copy, and send each draft.

Anonymous public demo
Text or image (5 MB maximum) exists only in memory during the request. No file, chat history, or raw-IP record is created. Quota identity uses HMAC values; a result may remain for 15 minutes for idempotent replay.
Account uploads
The image is stored on server disk; metadata and generation history are stored in MongoDB. They remain while the account is active because no fixed automatic expiry exists.
Processors
ByteGuard S.L. API infrastructure, Vercel AI Gateway when configured, and the active model provider process data. Content is sent to complete the generation you requested.

Training
RIZR does not reuse screenshots or messages to train its own models. External-provider handling depends on the active provider agreement and configuration.
Deletion
The anonymous demo creates no file. Account deletion removes core records and attempts to delete each uploaded file; a file failure is logged for operations, with no automatic retry currently implemented.
Encryption and access
Transport uses TLS. RIZR adds no application-level file encryption to authenticated uploads; at-rest protection relies on deployment, storage, and access controls.
Manual sending
RIZR produces drafts. It does not connect to contacts or post messages: you copy, edit, and send from the chat app.
