ByteGuard S.L. maintains safeguards to prevent, detect, report, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Age restriction and zero tolerance
RIZR’s contractual minimum age is 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17. Content that depicts, facilitates, solicits, distributes, or sexualizes abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.
Detection and moderation
AI safety filtering, image-processing controls, and user reporting are used to identify harmful content. Reports are reviewed promptly. RIZR has no user-to-user messaging, public profiles, discovery, or in-platform content sharing.
Response and reporting
Potential CSAE content is removed, associated accounts are suspended, relevant evidence is preserved, and reports are made to competent authorities, including NCMEC where applicable. ByteGuard cooperates with lawful investigations.
Training and legal compliance
Team members with relevant access receive child-safety and escalation training. RIZR follows applicable GDPR protections for minors, Spanish child-protection law, COPPA where applicable, and Apple and Google child-safety rules.
