This policy explains the cookies and equivalent technologies used on rizr.me. It covers the mobile app only where the app opens a web page; the advertising inside the app does not use cookies and is described in the privacy policy.
What a cookie is here
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to recognise it on the next visit. We treat local storage and session storage exactly the same way, because from your point of view they do the same thing: they leave data on your device. Everything described below applies to all three.
How we ask for your consent
Nothing that is not strictly necessary loads until you decide. When you first arrive, a banner asks whether you accept analytics; until you accept, no analytics script is loaded at all. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and do not ask again.
Changing your decision at any time
Your choice is not final. The cookie policy page carries a control that lets you accept or refuse analytics whenever you like, and the change takes effect immediately; refusing also removes the analytics cookies already stored. The Spanish version of this page hosts the interactive control, and your decision applies across every language version of the site.
Necessary cookies
These are needed for the site to work and do not require consent. They keep your session open after you sign in, remember the language you chose, and store the consent decision itself so we do not ask you on every page. Cloudflare Turnstile also sets its own cookies in the public demo to check that you are not a bot.
Analytics cookies, only with your consent
If you accept, we load PostHog and Google Analytics to measure which pages are visited and how people arrive, and Microsoft Clarity, which records the interaction with the page — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — so we can see where the site is confusing. None of them are loaded on account, dashboard, sign-in or administration routes. There are no advertising cookies on this website: the rewarded ads exist only in the mobile app and work with device identifiers, not cookies.
Managing cookies in your browser, changes and contact
Independently of our banner, every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies from its privacy settings, and you can browse in a private window if you prefer nothing to persist. Blocking the necessary ones will log you out and may break part of the site. If this policy changes we update the date at the top and, when the change is material, we ask for your consent again.
