Sources and the limits of a review
We consult provider documentation and store listings when describing other apps. A reference lets readers check a claim; a link alone does not establish that we used every feature. A “Documented review” label requires a date, scope and sources associated with that particular content. The scope states whether documentation was consulted or a version was tested. Documentary research is not hands-on testing or a security audit.
Dates, prices and changing features
The publication date identifies when an article appeared; an update date records a change to its content. Neither date alone proves that a feature was tested that day. Prices, availability and menus can vary by country, device and account. Before paying or following a procedure, check the app or the linked provider information.
Examples, AI and privacy
Sample messages illustrate ways to communicate and do not reproduce customer conversations. Use them as drafts and adapt them to the relationship and what you actually mean. AI suggestions can be wrong: they do not verify a person’s identity, feelings or intentions. You do not need to share private conversations or personal information to report an error in a guide.
Languages and scope
A review applies to the stated content and language. We do not automatically transfer a Spanish article’s review evidence to a different language version. A page without a documented review should not be read as having undergone a specific check of that version. We prioritize improving existing articles and their translations over creating pages that repeat the same advice.
How to report a correction
Send the URL, the specific statement that needs correcting and, when available, a public source that contradicts it. For an app feature, the country, platform and version can help reproduce the difference. Do not attach identity documents, private screenshots or bank details. We will assess the information received; a suggested correction does not guarantee a change until it has been checked.
