ByteGuard S.L. (“we”, “us”, or “RIZR”) is committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This document outlines the standards, procedures, and safeguards we have in place to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE content and behavior.
RIZR is rated 17+ on the App Store and Google Play. Users must be at least 17 years old to create an account and use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age. If we become aware that a user is under 17, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.

AI Content Filtering
All AI-generated responses are filtered through safety systems that block harmful content, including any content related to the exploitation of minors.
Image Moderation
Uploaded images are processed for the sole purpose of generating AI responses. We do not store images permanently and do not allow image sharing between users.

Users can report inappropriate or harmful content directly within the app. All reports are reviewed and actioned promptly.
