Child Safety Standards

ByteGuard S.L. (“we”, “us”, or “RIZR”) is committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This document outlines the standards, procedures, and safeguards we have in place to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE content and behavior.

1. Age Restrictions

RIZR is rated 17+ on the App Store and Google Play. Users must be at least 17 years old to create an account and use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age. If we become aware that a user is under 17, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any imagery, text, or AI-generated content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Grooming behavior or solicitation of minors
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM
  • Any content that sexualizes minors in any way

3. Content Moderation and Detection

We employ the following measures to prevent and detect CSAE content on our platform:

AI Content Filtering

All AI-generated responses are filtered through safety systems that block harmful content, including any content related to the exploitation of minors.

Image Moderation

Uploaded images are processed for the sole purpose of generating AI responses. We do not store images permanently and do not allow image sharing between users.

User Reporting

Users can report inappropriate or harmful content directly within the app. All reports are reviewed and actioned promptly.

4. Reporting and Response Procedures

When potential CSAE content or behavior is identified or reported:

  1. The content is immediately removed and the associated account is suspended
  2. We preserve relevant evidence for law enforcement purposes
  3. We report the incident to the relevant national and regional authorities, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and applicable local agencies
  4. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

5. Platform Design Safeguards

RIZR is designed with safety in mind:

  • No social features: RIZR does not enable direct communication between users. There is no messaging, chat, or social networking functionality.
  • No public profiles: Users do not have public profiles and cannot discover or contact other users.
  • No content sharing: Users cannot share content with other users within the platform.
  • Private by design: All AI interactions are private to the individual user.

6. Staff Training and Accountability

All team members with access to user data or content moderation responsibilities are trained on child safety policies, CSAM identification, and mandatory reporting obligations. We maintain clear internal procedures for escalating child safety concerns.

7. Compliance with Laws

RIZR complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — protections for minors
  • Spanish Organic Law 1/1996 on the Legal Protection of Minors
  • U.S. COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
  • Google Play Families Policy and Child Safety Standards
  • Apple App Store Guidelines for child safety
