Terms of Service

What you are contracting, what you can cancel, and the rights you keep when you use RIZR.

These terms form the contract between you and ByteGuard S.L. when you create an account, buy a subscription or simply use RIZR. They are written to be read: what the service is, who sells it to you, how the renewal works, and how to get your money back. If you do not accept them, do not use RIZR.

1Who provides the service, and what RIZR is

RIZR is operated by ByteGuard S.L., a company established in Spain. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything: account, billing, complaints or legal matters. Our full statutory identity — tax number, registered office and commercial registry entry — is published in the legal notice. RIZR is an entertainment tool: it reads a screenshot or the text of a conversation you give it and suggests replies.

2Who can use RIZR

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account; RIZR is not available to minors, not even with the consent of a parent or guardian. One person, one account: accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. We do not verify age with identity documents, so we rely on what you declare; if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we close it.

3Free credits, RIZR Pro and who actually sells it to you

RIZR can be used for free with credits earned by watching rewarded ads. Those credits are not bought with money, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable. RIZR Pro is a paid subscription that renews automatically and removes the credit limit and the rewarded ads. Who you are buying from depends on where you buy, and that decides who owes you a refund.

4Automatic renewal, cancellation and price changes

A Pro subscription renews automatically for the same term, indefinitely, until you cancel. You are charged when you subscribe and again at the start of each renewal period, at the price shown to you before you confirmed. Cancelling is always possible and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5Your consumer rights: 14-day withdrawal and legal guarantee

If you are a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. For a purchase made on rizr.me you exercise that right against ByteGuard S.L. by writing to [email protected]; for a purchase made in the App Store or Google Play you exercise it against the store that sold it. A model withdrawal form is available on request. You only lose the withdrawal right if you expressly asked us to start providing the service immediately and acknowledged that you would lose it — otherwise the 14 days stand in full. Independently of that, digital content must conform to what was agreed, and if it does not you may require:

6The content you upload, and the fact that a machine writes the replies

What you upload stays yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process it in order to produce the generation you asked for — nothing more, and no permission to publish it. Remember that a screenshot of a conversation contains another person's messages: you must be lawfully entitled to upload it, and you must not upload special-category data about other people (health, sexual orientation, religion, beliefs, ethnic origin) without a legal basis.

7Rules of use, availability and ending the contract

We keep the service running as well as we reasonably can, but it is not guaranteed to be available without interruption; maintenance, incidents and third-party outages happen. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice and with reasons whenever the law allows it. If we terminate your subscription without any fault on your part, we refund the unused part of the period on a pro-rata basis. The following are prohibited:

8Liability, changes and complaints

We are liable for the damage we cause you through a breach of this contract, within the limits the law allows. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or for any right that mandatory consumer law gives you. We may change these terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance, you may cancel if you do not accept them, and no change applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for. If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] first — we answer every message. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to consumer arbitration or mediation, in Spain the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo, and to the consumer authority of your region.

9Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. That choice does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside: whatever your law grants you, you keep. You may bring an action against us before the courts of your own domicile or before ours, and we may only sue you before the courts of your domicile. If you are not acting as a consumer, the courts of the city of our registered office have jurisdiction.

10Additional terms for users in the United States

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE: your RIZR Pro subscription renews automatically for the same term at the price disclosed at purchase, and you will be charged at the start of each renewal period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or in Settings → Subscription on rizr.me; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific rights described in the privacy policy, including the right to opt out of the sharing of identifiers for cross-context behavioural advertising. Before starting any formal proceeding, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice to [email protected]. We do not impose mandatory arbitration and we do not ask you to waive class actions; you keep the right to go to court, including small-claims court in your own county.
