Direct answer: RIZR processes screenshots to produce drafts and does not send messages for you. The anonymous demo creates no history; with an account, the screenshot file is deleted after 30 days and history stays until you delete it. ByteGuard S.L. publishes the data lifecycle and accepts rights requests through support.
What data we use
- Account and service data (email, etc.).
- Screenshots you upload for AI analysis.
- Aggregated web and app analytics (see privacy policy).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your conversation content.
- We do not auto-send messages to your contacts.
- We do not replace your judgment: you always edit before sending.
Screenshot and message lifecycle
Technical behavior reviewed:
Anonymous public demo
Text or image (5 MB maximum) exists only in memory during the request. No file, chat history, or raw-IP record is created. Abuse limits use irreversible pseudonymous identifiers; a result may be kept for 15 minutes so the same request is not processed twice.
Account uploads
The image is stored on our servers and deleted automatically after 30 days; history stays until you delete each entry (long-press › Delete) or the account.
Processors
Your content is processed on infrastructure we manage and by a third-party AI provider acting on our behalf, only to complete the generation you requested. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The privacy policy describes each category of provider.
Training
RIZR does not reuse screenshots or messages to train its own models. How external providers handle content is governed by our agreement with them.
Deletion
The anonymous demo creates no file. Deleting an account removes your records and uploaded files; if a file cannot be removed right away, deletion is retried automatically until it is gone.
Encryption and access
Data travels encrypted (TLS). Stored files are protected by access controls on infrastructure we manage, and every access by authorised staff is logged.
Manual sending
RIZR produces drafts. It does not connect to contacts or post messages: you copy, edit, and send from the chat app.
Legal basis
Producing the drafts and running your account rely on performance of the contract. Analytics and marketing messages rely on your consent, which you can withdraw. Security, fraud prevention and legal obligations rely on legitimate interest and on applicable law.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can exercise access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and restriction of processing, and withdraw a consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to [email protected], and we reply within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority of your own country. privacy policy · terms of service.
Responsible use
RIZR is entertainment and guidance; suggestions are automatic. Do not use the app for harassment, spam or illegal content. Minimum age: 18.
Minors and child safety
Child safety standards policy: child safety.

RIZR terms require users to be 18 or older; an app-store age rating is a separate label.
